Diez meses después del controvertido empate en el primer enfrentamiento entre ambos, los campeones mundiales superwélter [69,9 kg o 154 lb] Jermell Charlo y Brian Castaño volvieron a pasar por la báscula para encarar la revancha. Con cifras respectivas de 69,3 kg (152,75 lb) y de 69,7 kg (153,75 lb), Charlo y Castaño cumplieron su cometido y quedaron listos para zanjar su competencia.
El semifondo de este evento será una eliminatoria del peso wélter [66,7 kg o 147 lb] para la que tanto Jaron Ennis como Custio Clayton pesaron la misma cantidad: 66,5 kg (146,5 lb).
Antes de este enfrentamiento se desarrollará el duelo pactado en el peso supergallo [55,3 kg o 122 lb] entre Kevin González, que marcó 54,9 kg (121 lb), y Emanuel Rivera, que dio 55,2 kg (121,75 lb).
Estos tres combates serán televisados en Estados Unidos por Showtime desde las 21:00 ET/18:00 PT, las 3:00 de la madrugada del sábado al domingo en hora española.

Ten months after the controversial draw in the first bout between these boxers, the super welterweight world champions [69.9 kg or 154 lbs] Jermell Charlo and Brian Castaño stepped on the scales again for the rematch. With respective weighs of 69.3 kg (152.75 lbs) and 69.7 kg (153.75 lbs), Charlo and Castaño fulfilled their mission and are ready to battle.
The co-main event will be a welterweight [66.7 kg or 147 lbs] eliminator for which both Jaron Ennis and Custio Clayton weighed exactly the same: 66.5 kg (146.5 lbs).
Before this bout will take place the duel agreed in the super bantamweight [55.3 kg or 122 lbs] between Kevin González, who weighed 54.9 kg (121 lbs), and Emanuel Rivera, who weighed 55.2 kg (121.75 lbs).
These three fights will be televised in the United States on Showtime from 9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT, 2:00 a.m. in the United Kingdom.
