Héctor Flores y Sivenathi Nontshinga pelearán en mundial respaldando al “Gallo” Estrada vs. Argi Cortés

Matchroom Boxing ha anunciado qué combates compondrán el respaldo principal del evento Juan Francisco Estrada vs. Argi Cortés, que tendrá lugar el día 3 de septiembre en el Centro de Usos Múltiples de Hermosillo, México, emitido por DAZN, Tv Azteca y ESPN Knockout. Entre ellos destaca un campeonato mundial IBF por el vacante cinturón del peso minimosca entre dos invictos como el mexicano Héctor Flores y el sudafricano Sivenathi Nontshinga, duelo cuyo ganador podría quedar emplazado a un enfrentamiento de unificación contra Hiroto Kyoguchi.
Además del choque Flores-Nontshinga, la cartelera contará también con una revancha, por el cinturón mundial femenino WBA del peso pluma, entre Erika Cruz y Jelena Mrdjenovich y un nuevo combate para el pegador mexicano del peso superpluma Eduardo “Rocky” Hernández contra su joven e invicto compatriota Jorge Mata.
En el anuncio oficial, Héctor Flores señaló:
“Esta es una oportunidad con la que siempre he soñado, y la aprovecharé al máximo. Me da más motivación traerla a México y con el objetivo de darle a México y Tijuana un nuevo campeón mundial”.
Por su parte, Nontshinga señaló:
“Estoy deseando que llegue este enfrentamiento. He estado entrenando muy duro para esto y espero convertirme en campeón mundial en México”.

Matchroom Boxing has announced which bouts will compose the main card for the event Juan Francisco Estrada vs. Argi Cortés, which will take place on September 3 at the Centro de Usos Múltiples in Hermosillo, Mexico, broadcast by DAZN. Among the matches stands out an IBF world championship for the vacant light flyweight belt between two unbeaten fighters like the Mexican Héctor Flores and the South African Sivenathi Nontshinga, duel whose winner will be in reach of a unification against Hiroto Kyoguchi.
In addition to the clash Flores-Nontshinga, the card will also feature a rematch, for the WBA world female featherweight belt, between Erika Cruz and Jelena Mrdjenovich and a new fight for the Mexican super featherweight puncher Eduardo «Rocky» Hernández against his young and undefeated countryman Jorge Mata.
In the official announcement, Héctor Flores said:
“This is the opportunity that I have always dreamed of, and I will make the most of it. It gives me more motivation for to bring it to Mexico and with the aim of giving Mexico and Tijuana a new World champion.”
For his part, Nontshinga noted:
“Am looking forward to this contest. I have been training very hard for this and look forward to becoming World Champion in Mexico.”
